Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Emiratech MEP Trading L.L.C-S.P.C. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Terms

  • "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity using our services
  • "Products" refers to all MEP materials, tools, and equipment offered by us
  • "Services" refers to product supply, technical consultation, delivery, and support services
  • "Order" refers to any purchase request submitted by the Customer

1.2 Company Information

Emiratech MEP Trading L.L.C-S.P.C is a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its principal place of business at Store No:30, Mussafah - M44, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

2. Product Ordering

2.1 Order Placement

  • Orders may be placed through our website contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp
  • All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by our sales team
  • A purchase order or written confirmation is required for order processing
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee delivery until payment terms are met

2.2 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. We may refuse orders in the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability or discontinuation
  • Pricing errors or inaccuracies
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Failure to meet minimum order requirements
  • Outstanding payments from previous orders

2.3 Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum order quantities may vary by product category. Our sales team will advise you of any applicable minimums at the time of inquiry.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT (5%) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified
  • Special pricing for bulk orders may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (preferred)
  • Cheque (subject to clearance)
  • Cash (for orders below AED 5,000)
  • Credit terms (for approved accounts only)

3.3 Payment Terms

  • New customers: Payment in advance or cash on delivery
  • Established accounts: Net 30 days from invoice date (subject to credit approval)
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month
  • Outstanding balances must be cleared before new orders are processed

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Delivery Area

We deliver across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates. Delivery to other GCC countries may be arranged on request.

4.2 Delivery Schedule

  • Standard delivery: 2-5 business days within Abu Dhabi
  • Other Emirates: 3-7 business days
  • Express delivery may be available at additional cost
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

4.3 Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery for orders above AED 2,000 within Abu Dhabi
  • Delivery charges for other areas will be quoted at the time of order
  • Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address
  • Re-delivery charges apply for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

4.4 Risk and Title Transfer

Risk of loss and damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery. Title to the products remains with Emiratech until full payment is received.

5. Product Warranty

5.1 Manufacturer Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Our team can provide warranty information upon request.

5.2 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service within the warranty period
  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  3. Describe the defect or issue in detail
  4. Return the product for inspection if required

5.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage during installation by third parties
  • Products used beyond their intended purpose

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Products must be in the same condition as delivered, without any defects
  • Products must be in original packaging and condition
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items are non-returnable

6.2 Defective Products

  • Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery with photos
  • We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days (as per delivery note format)

6.3 Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned products that are not defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the products purchased
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control

7.2 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemic, supply chain disruptions, or labor disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Emiratech or our licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of business, including pricing, customer lists, and technical specifications. This obligation shall survive the termination of any business relationship.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

  1. Negotiation: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to mediation
  3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration in Abu Dhabi under the rules of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
